Maybe it is in the numbers. The more you do, if you look at what you do with a critical eye, the better you get.

I’ve been thinking about various Photo of the Day sites. I don’t want to just be imitating, but I think there is some merit to that idea. Do a thing every day, focusing on an activity for a time every day will create a measurable flow. I hesitate to say better and better, though that is what I’m hoping for. See where it leads.

January is a good time for beginnings. My resolution is to write an entry every day, to take a picture every day, to consider my purpose and creative process as a daily practice. This journal will document the journey.
